The Objective

My task was to design a responsive landing page for the SOLEN mobile app, with two clear objectives: to inform visitors about the SOLEN app and to provide a way for visitors to express their interest in using it.

The Process

The process of creating the landing page involved several key steps:

  1. Developing the value proposition.
  2. Designing the mobile app in Figma.
  3. Using Canva to create screenshots of the mobile app.
  4. Collecting inspiration for the landing page.
  5. Designing the website in Framer.
  6. Setting up a custom domain.

This summary encapsulates the process. Much of the groundwork was laid before even starting the website design in Framer. It was crucial to first understand the customer’s needs and preferences, as these factors influence everything from color schemes to copywriting. Clarifying the value proposition was an essential first step, followed by designing a rough version of the mobile app. This approach helped visually communicate the app’s vision, encouraging sign-ups. After compiling all necessary assets, the next steps were developing the website in Framer and integrating it with a mailing list service.

The Result

SOLEN

The SOLEN hero section

The website’s hero section effectively introduces SOLEN and includes a clear call-to-action (CTA). The “What to Expect” section delves deeper into the SOLEN app, highlighting features that might entice visitors to sign up. Overall, the landing page offers a clean, simple, and elegant solution.
